Wenn Sie über das Buchungsformular eine Tour anfragen, erheben wir folgende Daten:
- Name
- E-Mail-Adresse
- Gewählte Tour und Datum
- Anzahl Erwachsene / Kinder
- Kreuzfahrtschiff oder Unterkunft
- Optional: Ihre Nachricht
2.2 Kontakt über WhatsApp
Wenn Sie uns über den WhatsApp-Button kontaktieren, werden Ihre Telefonnummer und Ihre Nachricht an WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) übermittelt. Bitte beachten Sie die Datenschutzerklärung von WhatsApp.
2.3 Server-Logfiles
Beim Aufruf der Website werden durch unseren Hosting-Anbieter automatisch technische Daten gespeichert (IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browsertyp). Diese Daten sind für den sicheren Betrieb der Website notwendig und werden nach spätestens 30 Tagen gelöscht.
3. Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage
Ihre Daten werden ausschließlich verarbeitet, um:
- Ihre Buchungsanfrage zu bearbeiten und zu beantworten,
- die Tour durchzuführen und Sie am Hafen oder an Ihrer Unterkunft abzuholen,

4. Weitergabe an Dritte
Wir geben Ihre Daten nur weiter, soweit dies zur Erbringung unserer Leistung erforderlich ist oder gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist. Konkret:
- Web3Forms — der Dienst, über den das Buchungsformular versendet wird (siehe unten).
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — nur bei Kontaktaufnahme über den WhatsApp-Button.
- Transport- und Tourpartner vor Ort — nur die für die Durchführung der gebuchten Tour notwendigen Informationen (z. B. Abholzeit, Anzahl Personen).

Sie haben jederzeit das Recht auf:

- Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten (Art. 16 DSGVO),

2.2 Contact via WhatsApp
If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, your phone number and message are transmitted to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Please refer to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
2.3 Server Logs
When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically stores technical data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type). This is necessary for the secure operation of the website and is deleted after no more than 30 days.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed solely to:
- Process and reply to your booking request,
- Carry out the tour and pick you up at the port or your accommodation,
- Contact you before or after the tour.

4. Sharing with Third Parties
We only share your data where necessary to provide our services or where required by law:
- Web3Forms — the service that sends our booking form (see below).
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — only if you contact us via the WhatsApp button.
- Local transport and tour partners — only the information needed to run the booked tour (e.g. pickup time, number of guests).
We do not share your data for advertising purposes.
5. Web3Forms (Booking Form)
Our booking form is sent through Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Web3Forms forwards the form data to us by email and does not store it permanently. More information: web3forms.com/privacy.
6. YouTube (Videos)
The "Cacao Tour" page contains an embedded YouTube video. The video only loads when you actively click the preview image (two-click principle). Only then is data transmitted to YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

2.3 Registros del Servidor
Al visitar este sitio, nuestro proveedor de alojamiento guarda automáticamente datos técnicos (dirección IP, fecha y hora, página visitada, tipo de navegador). Son necesarios para el funcionamiento seguro del sitio y se eliminan en un máximo de 30 días.
3. Finalidad y Base Jurídica

- Web3Forms — el servicio que envía nuestro formulario de reserva (ver más abajo).
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — solo si nos contacta mediante el botón de WhatsApp.
- Socios locales de transporte y tours — solo la información necesaria para realizar el tour reservado (por ejemplo, hora de recogida, número de personas).
