Wenn Sie über das Buchungsformular eine Tour anfragen, erheben wir: Name, E-Mail-Adresse, gewählte Tour und Datum, Anzahl Erwachsene / Kinder, Kreuzfahrtschiff oder Unterkunft, sowie optional Ihre Nachricht.
2.2 Kontakt über WhatsApp
Wenn Sie uns über den WhatsApp-Button kontaktieren, werden Ihre Telefonnummer und Ihre Nachricht an WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) übermittelt.
2.3 Server-Logfiles
Beim Aufruf der Website werden durch unseren Hosting-Anbieter automatisch technische Daten gespeichert (IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browsertyp). Diese Daten sind für den sicheren Betrieb notwendig und werden nach spätestens 30 Tagen gelöscht.

When you submit a booking request through our form, we collect: your name, email address, selected tour and date, number of adults / children, cruise ship or accommodation, and optional message.
2.2 Contact via WhatsApp
If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, your phone number and message are transmitted to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).
2.3 Server Logs
When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically stores technical data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type). This is necessary for the secure operation of the website and is deleted after no more than 30 days.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed solely to process and reply to your booking request, carry out the tour and pick you up at the port or your accommodation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure website).

Cuando envía una solicitud de reserva a través de nuestro formulario, recopilamos: su nombre, correo electrónico, tour y fecha seleccionados, número de adultos / niños, barco de crucero o alojamiento, y mensaje opcional.
2.2 Contacto por WhatsApp
Si nos contacta a través del botón de WhatsApp, su número de teléfono y su mensaje se transmiten a WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).
2.3 Registros del Servidor
Al visitar este sitio, nuestro proveedor de alojamiento guarda automáticamente datos técnicos (dirección IP, fecha y hora, página visitada, tipo de navegador). Se eliminan en un máximo de 30 días.
3. Finalidad y Base Jurídica
Sus datos se tratan únicamente para procesar y responder a su solicitud de reserva, realizar el tour y recogerle en el puerto o en su alojamiento. Base jurídica: Art. 6(1)(b) RGPD (ejecución de contrato) y Art. 6(1)(f) RGPD (interés legítimo en un sitio seguro).

Solo compartimos sus datos cuando es necesario para prestar el servicio: Web3Forms (formulario de reserva), WhatsApp si nos contacta, y socios locales de transporte y tours con la información necesaria. No compartimos sus datos con fines publicitarios.

Nuestro formulario de reserva se envía mediante Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Web3Forms reenvía los datos por correo electrónico y no los almacena de forma permanente. Más información: web3forms.com/privacy.
